We'd like to welcome Rosemary Sterling as the newest Council Rep for Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, San Juan, Island counties. Rosemary will be a great asset to local 1060. She comes with a wealth of knowledge experience and enthusiasm. She was for many years a WFSE Council 28 Treasurer and then went on to be a Council 28 organizer.
